How We Work
Initial Consultation
We take the time to understand your needs and goals during our complimentary property staging consultation. You can reach out to us anytime, via email, Wechat, WhatsApp, video call, or text to discuss your requirements. We’re also happy to meet you onsite by appointment. Our goal is to simplify the staging process for you, so no challenge is too great for us to handle.
Project Planning
We understand that failing to plan is planning to fail. That’s why we ensure a scheduled time to coordinate your property staging. If your property is managed by a real estate agency, we will gladly coordinate with them to arrange key pickup.
Quote Approval
We put together a detailed fixed price quote outlining areas to be covered and items that we would have displayed in your property during the property staging process. We place high importance on ensuring all pricing is clear and transparent. All our prices are bespoke based on the individual job at hand but you can get a general idea of rates by looking at our styling packages.
Implementation
This is the day when everything comes together. Your property will truly shine among the rest in Melbourne. Our team will arrive to stage your property and aims to complete the setup within the day.
On this day, we require the total 100% of our fee to be settled. We are committed to being as flexible as possible, so please reach out if you need to discuss the timeline and process of the staging.

We’re online 24/7 for your convenience. For phone support and a friendly chat, we’re available from 9 AM to 6 PM, seven days a week.
Our staging packages include a standard duration of 8 weeks for the staging furniture. If you need it for a longer period, you can extend it for a nominal fee (10% of total fee for each week).
It’s simple—just give us a call, and we’ll take care of the rest.
All staging packages include a fixed duration of 8 weeks. Unfortunately, there are no refunds if the property sells within this period.
We accept cash and bank transfers. The payment structure is 50% upon confirmation and the remaining 50% at least two business days before the delivery of the staging service.
